A Three-Year Warranty

Every Nubax™ device is manufactured with the highest standards of workmanship and the best available materials. If any part or component is defective in materials or workmanship up to 36 months after purchase, the parts and labour are covered in full. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

The warranty is considered void if the operating instructions aren’t adhered to or the device is used incorrectly.

Proper Use

Nubax is recommended to be used in conjunction with professional care or advice from a back care specialist or therapist. Every device includes an operating manual and DVD to demonstrate the assembly and proper operation. Users of Nubax do so at their own risk, and Nubax is not responsible for injury, loss or damages resulting from using the device.

Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. The device must be in as new condition in all the original packaging, with all components including the user’s guide and the instructional DVD. Refunds do not include the cost that was paid to third parties for shipping to the customer as the costs cannot be recovered. The customer is responsible for return freight.
